Nintendo 3DS Pre-Orders Confirmed at GameStop; No Word on US Pricing Yet

For those of you eagerly awaiting the Nintendo 3DS we have news that the console is available for pre-orders starting today in GameStop stores. All you need to do is to deposit some $25 or $50 (depending on store, we’ve been told) with your local GameStop and at launch you’ll be one lucky chap who wouldn’t have to worry about availability.

For now there’s no confirmation for a US price tag — although rumors have it that it’s in the $300 range, and we’re also hearing that some GameStop employees don’t even know that they have the 3DS in the system. If that’s the case kindly ask them type “020132″ in the SKU field and it should come up Nintendo 3DS Pre Orders Confirmed at GameStop; No Word on US Pricing Yet

If you already pre-ordered, now all you need to do is to patiently wait until March 2011 to get your hands on one. That’s when the 3DS should be widely available in stores.
